If you’ve got a little one and are ready to start blanket time, here is a great PDF that will help keep you organized, remind you to keep training every day, and show the progress you’ve made!
This PDF is for very little ones or for very wigglely ones who need to start with the smallest amount of time possible. Start with 1 minute a day once or twice a day (the chart allows for twice but if you don’t get to it it’s ok), and work your way up to 5 minutes twice a day. It’s more important to practice every day than twice a day.
