Bakersfield College Planetarium: shows and events, Tuesday and Thursday morning shows for school events
Bakersfield Fox Theater & Nile Theater: attend local ballets, shows, and concerts
Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra: Attend local concerts
Bakersfield Museum of Art: Children 5 and under free, first Friday of every month free, first Saturday of every month free through Bank of America, free to military families in summer
Buena Vista Museum of Natural History and Science: Watch for their $2 admission days on Thursdays once a month

California Animal Living Museum (CALM): Children 3 and under free, adults $12, military discounts, Tuesday-Sunday 9am-4pm
